For baking sponge cakes, large quantities of cookies and even for heating hors d'oeuvres, this Jelly Roll Pan by Doughmakers will help you achieve perfect results. Designed by three sisters, Doughmakers bakeware offers good old-fashioned quality, starting with a heavy gauge of solid aluminum. Each pan surface features an Original Pebble Pattern that is not a coating but a texture that's embossed right into the pan, which offers the benefits of nonstick without a chance of peeling. It also holds grease and flour better and allows air to circulate properly for even baking. Doughmakers pans have strong edges to prevent warping, extra depth and straight sidewalls for professional results. It's craftsmanship you can count on every time you bake.

This is not a nonstick coating pan. we were tired of having to throw away cheap baking pans so we looked around and decided to buy this one. we are glad we did. this pan has worked great. we think it will last a lifetime.

I was totally satisfied with the 15+10 pan. Have used it once. Good heavy weight and I like the fact it doesn't have a coating I have to worry about protecting. Thank you.

I would pay a few more dollars if these pans were made in the USA. I was disappointed when I saw they were made in China.
