My husband was absolutely thrilled to get this food slicer for Christmas. He's already tested it by carving up the Christmas rib roast for sandwiches.

best home slicer for the money

does exactly what we intended it to do and slices are uniform. We like thin slices and this slicer does give us a nice thin slice on the lower setting.

I have used this slicer for many different slicing jobs, bread, cheese, meats, produce, and it has performed perfectly. It is easy to set the thinkness of the slice. clean-up is easy. It feels like it is well built and sturdy. I have been very happy with all the products I purchased from Food Network.
