Good, solid hand mixer. The swivel cord is a nice feature to keep the cord out of the way. Lack of a central post on the beaters makes them easier to clean. Would have liked it a little lighter.

I like the size and weight of my new cuisinart hand mixer. I have used it once, and look forward to using it often. I particularly like the whisk type beaters. I would recommend this mixer to friends and family. I was pleased to find it on sale. I was also pleased that I got it so fast.

It's sturdy, although a bit heavy. The beaters are nice, sort of combination old style and whisk. Wish it came with more than one type, but the sale was half price, so no complaints. Seems to work well, but a little awkward...beater release is just below the handle and a bit too easy to release while grabbing the handle. The release button is a little flimsy as well. Maybe they made it flexible so it wouldn't irritate while holding the mixer, but I find it distracting. It would have been better to position it at the top near the settings as most other beaters are designed. Definite design flaws, but OK for the discounted price.
